More Than Just a Stress Management Course

Workplace stress management training is most useful when people understand why stress may affect how they feel and respond, rather than simply being given instructions to relax or rules to remember.

Developed by registered osteopath Raymond Daniels, this self-paced online course brings together his knowledge of anatomy and physiology with more than 10 years of clinical experience, offering a distinctive body-focused perspective on stress and everyday wellbeing.

The aim is to help participants build greater awareness of stress, mental health and wellbeing that they can carry into their working and everyday lives.

This program provides general workplace wellbeing and mental health awareness education. It is not therapy, clinical mental health training or a professional qualification, and it does not train participants to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Learn Online, at Your Own Pace

The program is delivered online so participants can work through the structured learning sections when it suits them.
